Vadim Alexeev ((ロシア語:Вадим Алексеев); ודים אלכסייב ; born April 21, 1970) is a retired Olympic breaststroke swimmer who competed for first the Soviet Union, then Israel. Alexeev was born in Almaty, Kazakh SSR, Soviet Union.
